В Интренете стало появляться все больше «rich internet applications» и только по историческим причинам они доступны через браузер, порой забитый ненужными кнопками и всякой ерундой. Эти программы должны быть легкодоступными для работы с ними. Каждый раз когда мне нужен мой Gmail или окно френдленты ЖЖ, мне приходиться искать среди табов Фаерфокса.
